We are a performance collective named Six and Four Articulations. The company is made up of seven artists who include dancers, costume designers, contemporary performance artists, and writers, who have come together to collaborate and create contemporary work. Our group will be sharing our work across the nation on a seven week tour between the months of June and July this summer.
Charm City Tribal will return with their 4th annual spring show! Once again it will be a night of experimental and unusual bellydance in both the tribal fusion and American Tribal Style traditions, with local professional and semi-professional troupes and soloists. Troupe Hip'Notic will headline, there will be open dancing, and Miz Scarlett will guide us through the evening with her inimitable MC stylings!
Old-timey night! Performances from the Sligo Creek Stompers, the Wrong Bus Jug Band, maybe Walker & Jay and perhaps the Manly Deeds!
it has been said that “not all who wander are lost.”
but the Shrouded Strangers are. “lost forever” is their new lp. it’s a strange, consistently damaged, and occasionally beautiful collection of disembodied pop tunes and psych sing-a-longs in which all the characters involved all seem a bit bewildered.
join them on March 10th as they perform their unique blend of psych-singalongs, guitar cubism collages, Casio freak-outs, and childhood hallucinations with appalachian jazz flourishes.

Come see another veritable cornucopia of excellent local performers at February's Peanut Gallery Showcase. This month's folk-centered show will feature:
Jason Reed makes up the core of Her Fantastic Cats, playing a fast-paced, foot-stomping, hooting and hollering banjo-laden sort of folk.
Katherine Fahey of 2 Hawks 2 Fishes will do a piece of performance art featuring a shadow puppet show accompanied by sacred-harp singing.
Midway Fair will bring to us a skillful folk/rock combination that's at once skillful, playful, and sincere.
We may also hear from Hamilton's newest jug band.
The skilled and fiery Charm City Tribal bellydancers, with headliner Belladonna; joined by Kallisti Tribal, Nikki Murphy, Rashelle Celestin, and Naadirah!
