Artist Studios @ the HAC

Private artists studios are now available at the HAC! If you need a place to do your own thing, and want to help support a valuable community resource at the same time, then this is the opportunity you've been seeking...!

We have eight studios, studio # 5 is currently available.

Rent per month currently stands at $225, which includes rental fees and all utilities use. Access to facilities (electricity, bathrooms, a work sink) is also included.

Should you be interested in a studio, please keep in mind the following guidelines (this is not a complete list, but it gives you a fair idea of where we're headed with this):

- NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
- Artists are welcome to move any equipment for the visual arts (photography, painting, drawing, sculpture, etc.). These are not live-in spaces.
- Leases have a six-month minimum, with a month-to-month plan to follow. You cannot move into a studio without first signing a lease.
- Additional fees required upon lease signing: $50 HAC Membership fee (or existing membership with the Gallery); $225 security deposit.
- Occupants moving into an art studio in the middle of the month will have their first month's rent pro-rated accordingly, starting at the date the lease is signed.
